To pull off true love in today's world sometimes you have the lay everything ON THE LINE. That's definitely the case for Kevin (Lance Bass), a young Chicagoan, who finally meets the girl of his dreams... and lets her get away due to his lifelong lack of confidence. When Kevin first spies Abbey (Emmanuelle Chriqui) high above the city on the "L" train, he is struck with a bad case of love at first sight. But that's all it is: a sighting. He doesn't get her number. He doesn't get her name. He doesn't get a date. All he gets is a feeling, a feeling that won't let him along until him and his buddies, including Rod (Joey Fatone), set out on a clever, but nearly calamitous, cross-city chase to find his mystery soul-mate again. Soon, Kevin becomes a magnet for every die-hard romantic in the city... except the one he's been desperately seeking. Lance Bass and Joey Fatone of the pop music phenomenon 'N Sync make their feature film debuts in ON THE LINE, a fresh and funny music-driven romantic fable about going all the way in the search for love. The film also stars exciting newcomer Emmanuelle Chriqui, the legendary Reverend Al Green, popular comedian Dave Foley, rising hip-hop comic GQ and veteran funnyman Jerry Stiller. ON THE LINE is directed by Eric Bross and produced by Peter Abrams and Robert Levy for Tapestry Films- the team behind "She's All That"- along with Lance Bass' own production company A Happy Place and partners Wendy Thorlakson and Rich Hull. "ON THE LINE is a charming and funny story about the predicament of finding love in a big city," summarizes producer Peter Abrams. "But match that with the music and spirited personalities of Lance Bass and Joey Fatone and you've got something really different: a fun new spin on the romanitc pop movie."
